CVD Group are proud to be supporting the Anthony Nolan Trust as our nominated charity throughout 2007.

Throughout the coming year, we have a fantastic variety of fund-raising events planned, the highlight so far was the CVD 10th Anniversary Ball in the Glasgow Thistle Hotel on Saturday 19th May.

The Anthony Nolan Trust works to provide and maintain a register of bone marrow donors in order to enable life-saving transplants to leukemia patients.

Since 1974, the Anthony Nolan Trust has helped to give over 4000 adults and children a second chance at life, and we hope you will join with us in supporting this life-saving work.

CVD Group Managing Director Owen Barrett is now back from Mera Peak in Nepal and and CVD Fire Protection Director Ewan Ogilvie will be trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania next year. (He just ran the West Highland Way with a group of friends)

Kilimanjaro is, at 5896m, the highest mountain on the African continent and the highest freestanding mountain in the world, so it's fair to say that the climb should be challenging. However there is a suggestion Ewan will wear a kilt at some point in the proceedings. Get your money out and sponsor Ewan on this page at justgiving.
